CLASSÂ TYPES
NO GI BRAZILIAN JIUJITSU
Grappling Made Simple
No Gi Juijitsu is simply grappling without the gi, or kimono.

Shorts and a rash guard or t-shirt are worn.

The focus is on throws, submissions and attacks that work by grabbing your opponent's limbs instead of their clothing.

A fast and fun style that adapts well to any situation.
GI BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU
The Traditional Way
For Gi jiujitsu you wear the gi - a sturdy kimono made for practicing combat.

These have been used for hundreds of years and allow you to practice special grips to throw and control your opponent.

You also wear a belt, which progresses through the gradings - from white to black.

Essential for beginners and experienced fighters.
FUNDAMENTALS AND BEGINNER JIUJITSU
A Strong Foundation
A great place for beginners.

Here you will focus on the core concepts of Brazillian Jiu-jitsu and martial arts in general.

We also run a beginner BJJ course! This is usually a 10-week program, to build your foundation as quickly as possible. These fill up fast and run intermittently. Get in touch or keep an eye on our socials for when the next one starts.
OPEN MAT
Play, explore and refine
If Jiu-jitsu were music, this would be your jamming session.

Open mat is where students can come to do gentle sparring.
One of the most fun aspects of martial arts is practicing your new skills against your friends. That is what you can do in these sessions.
One-on-one training
For individual or small group training please contact us for availability and pricing.

These sessions can be in Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiujitsu or general self defence.
